After spending more than 2h building some goodies, the sculpties maps ended being corrupted and totally useless. Instead of crying, I went out for some shopping with Lucie.

We started at The Dressing Room, who just released a new collection (available for the next 2 weeks, more info here) but nothing really caught my attention. We ended spending way too much time at Sheep Door for Lucie to get an OverAll, free from the Lucky Letter board. Thank god they had a nice and cozy bed for me to nap while waiting.

Is it Friday yet?

Tonight, I decided to try out one of the new shape I made earlier today, which explains why I don't have my usual look. Meet Ashimu the asian inspired petite shape. Isn't she cute?

I started my Friday quite early by visiting the Fifty Lindens Friday (FLF) landmarks before midnight SLT... and I've been lucky since only Theosophy and Miel didn't have their vendor up (indeed, I'm going back tomorrow!).

I must say I've been quite disappointed with last week's FLF but there are plenty of nice goodies this week to make up for it, including this adorable necklace from DECO.

First sale ever at Reek!

Everything is 50% off at Reek for a limited time! This reminded me of their nice Autum Boots that I adore. They're scripted and you can change the fur and laces color to go with your outfit.

Weather is very unusual where I live since yesterday. We're used to snow and very cold weather during February (it can easily go down to -40¤C (-40¤F) with the winds... AYE!). Instead we're having a very comfortable 5¤C and rain.

*My* Cotton Poppy skirt.

I came across My Cotton Poppy dress from The Secret Store (sold exclusively at The Cellar) a few days ago and fell in love with the lovely pattern. After purchasing the dress, I tried in and... aïe, que dolor! the skirt ended being a total disaster on my shape - I'm slightly curvy but the skirt was made extremely straight. My butt and hips were sticking out everywhere, and when I tried to simply make the skirt bigger, I ended up looking like a box.

Ok perhaps I'm slightly exaggerating here... ;)

So tonight I came up with a skirt of my own. I paired the original Poppy skirt with the Geisha Leather Belt from Fishy Strawberry and modded the shizz out of that skirt for what seemed forever.

Final result : tadaaaa! Shorter, curvier and totally adorable just like the original was already. Only, it fits me a hundred times better.

It was worth the hard work.

Friday, I'm in love!

If there is one reason to love Friday, it's because it's one of the biggest shopping day of the week in SL... and I've been spoiled today. Between The Dressing Room, Chic Boutique, The Fashion House and 50$L Friday... phew! There is enough to satisfied the most picky fashionista.

On this note, may I introduce you to the cutest skirt I've seen in a long time, from The Secret Store. It's so not my usual style, but I couldn't resist the amazing pattern. Best part is : I only paid 50$L for it! And 'cuz you can't really see my cute necklace on the above picture, enjoy the one below instead.
