C'est l'euphorie!

E U P H O R I A sim is announcing their Hunt #2, starting today at 12 SLT! And if you were already in their group, you got the news before everyone else and had the opportunity to grab their stuff before it turns into a major lagfest (it was already laggy when I teleported out).

Unfortunately, most of the items offered weren't that fantastic (but eh, it's free) even if some big names are taking part of the event (Fishy Strawberry, The Secret Store, Donna Flora, Milk Motion and more) but I found some fun stuff.

Is it Spring yet?

I don't know if I'm the only one, but my RL influences how I dress in SL a lot. I dress more warmly during winter, and lightly during summer in general. But when I woke up this morning and I opened the curtains on (another) snowstorm, I lost it.

I needed to wear something that would remind me of spring, and luckily, you can find this adorable lavender Neo-Romantic blouse from Fishy Strawberry at The Dressing Room for a ridiculous price. I paired it with G-Field's Flower Pumps "Eve" in Violet Mist for a perfect color match... and felt instantly better!

And to make me feel even more better, Belleza released this spring-ish purple skin just two days ago for group members. If you register now, you can get it in store (gift box for members, at the entrance) along with 3 other skins.

Belleza group have a registration fee of L$250 but believe me, it's worth every penny. I'm entirely against registration fees in general, but Belleza offers at least 1 skin (in every shade) per month, every month, usually from their upcoming collection. So you get to see the new releases before everyone else, and their skins are of the nicest ones in SL (mostly male ones!). Assuming the average price for such nice skin in SL is $L1000, you get $L12,000+ worth of stuff in a single year.

If you remember the Baci ultra cute chocolate necklace from Donna Flora I wore on V-day, you might want to know the Baci ring is also available for free!! Waaaaaaarrrrgblll! Such a cute thing for L$0, you cannot miss it.

New release at LeLutka.

I've been waiting for this moment since two weeks : Gem, the latest skin from LeLutka's Aéré Collection, is finally available! This is - by far - my favorite skin from LeLutka to this day.

Only, like every other LeLutka skins, Gem is ultra matte and doesn't look good if not under some very specific Sky Settings (in the Environment Editor). Perhaps I'm just being picky? It still bothers me.

Also, let me tell you I'm not sure LeLutka's new packaging is really as ~more affordable~ as they want us to believe. LeLutka used to sell 1 base skin + 7 make ups, for a total of 8 skins for 3,000$L. They're now offering two packs of 1 base skin + 4 make ups for 2,000$L each, for a total of 9 skins (the basic skin is the same in both pack) for 4,000$L.

Where is the 3,000$L fatpack? It's gone. If you want all make ups options for Gem, you now need to spend 4,000$L. Of course you're getting an extra skin compared to other packs but you pay 1,000$ for it. Do the maths, that's not ~more affordable~.

I'm still debating if I'll get Gem or not. I might take a few days to think about it. Meanwhile, if you wanna know more, read the LeLutka Blog.
