Beret wearing lovers

New Winter collection from Cabbages and Roses and this dress rocks my world, and the tiny beret wearing peanut lovers necklace is super sweet too.

Six of the best . . . images

I have saved to my desktop tonnes of inspirational images and sorting through the loved, already used and unnecessary this afternoon I found these six to share which you too might love. Pretty girly things for a dismal afternoon, to get you in the spirit for making tea and cake.

1 Catherine Campbell.

3 Selvedge Magazine.

4 and 6 Martha Stewart Weddings.

5 Rita Konig's apartment.

If you are the owner (or know who is) of the pretty garland in image 2, please please let me know and I will add the link. Enjoy.

Parasols and swimming caps

The new range from Noa Noa is so pretty and in all my favourite summer colours of coral, powder blue and champagne.

We used to have a swimming cap like this at school for when you forgot your own, and I tell you now, I felt way less than glamourous when I was forced to wear it!

Blinkers

I know many of you loved my frilled dress from a few posts ago so here is a little collection of shear spring delicates that can be layered together from Topshop. The shopping centre is a danger zone for me and my credit card at the moment. Probably need to get some blinkers fitted to stop me peeking in the windows and seeing all the pretty dresses on display.

I had such a lazy weekend, never even got out of my pyjamas or left the house. I need to get up and baking soon and then get out in that beautiful sunshine that is blazing through my windows. Have a great Monday I hope you haven't all had to work?

Dressing up box

Had to start with a pretty pretty post today. My friend Emma-li is having an art exhibition in her bar and has a few of these stunning photos for sale. I looked up the link and found even more beauty waiting for me on the 666 Photography site. Imagine rummaging through the dressing up box at this studio. I would want to move in their wardrobe permanently. I always fancied wearing a galleon in my hair. Only in the evening of course it might be too much for the daytime.
