I discovered these and many more beautiful illustrations by super tallented Jenny Bowers today via selvedge magazine. If I could draw like this I would fill stacks of journals, my own handmade library, piled high with felt pen decorated pages. I used to make nonsense story books as a kid, using my Dads computer paper, fastening the pages with sellotape then scribbling with pencils and pens. I loved screwing up the paper then listening to the crunch as you smoothed it flat again. I still love crunching paper. I scrunched some when there was no one around at work today.
